Service and Support

Bofab offers service and support at the customer's location. We have service personnel who can usually help you within a couple of hours, either at your place or by phone. Once at your place, we splice belts, change motors, install rollers, program changes in PLC or whatever you wish. Since we manufacture all conveyors under our own roof, we already have most spare parts in house.
Upon delivery of complete systems, we will of course help with the installation, commissioning, etc. out on the premises.
